Today, I'm going to make a Swedish meatball that I ate a lot in IKEA.
First, chop 2 cloves of garlic and 1/2 onion.
Add butter to the pan and fry the chopped garlic and onion over low heat.
When the onion becomes transparent, add 1/4 tbsp of allspice and grind nutmeg.
Add 2/3 cup of breadcrumbs and little salt to it and fry until the breadcrumbs turn into yellow.
After that put them into the bowl, add 200g each of minced pork and beef, and 1 egg.
Add a little pepper and mix the meat and breadcrumbs.
Make the meat dough into a round meatball shape.
Add the olive oil and butter to the pan and bake the meatballs over low heat.
Take out the well-cooked meatballs and add the butter to the remaining oil to make the meatball sauce.
Add 2 tbsp of flour. I accidentally added too much flour to add water to adjust the concentration.
Add 200ml of chicken stock and 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
Finally, boil 1/2 tbsp of whole grain mustard and 200 ml of fresh cream.
Put the pre-baked meatballs in the sauce and boil for 7-10 minutes.
I'm going to make a mash potato to eat with meatballs. Prepare 500g of boiled potatoes.
Mash the boiled potatoes well with a fork, add 80 g of butter and mix.
Season with salt.
Add 50 ml of milk to adjust the concentration.
Put meatballs, mash potatoes and lingonberry jam on a plate.
I prepared cranberry jam instead of lingonberry jam. You can also use strawberry jam.
Finally, sprink parsley on meatballs.
The combination of meatball, mash potato and jam set is really good !!

(넛맥과 올스파이스가 없으면 없어도 됩니다.) 2. 양파가 투명해지면 빵가루 2/3컵과 소금을 넣어 볶습니다. 3. 간 돼지고기 200g과 간 소고기 200g, 계란 1알, 볶은 빵가루, 후추를 볼에 넣어 섞어주고, 동그란 모양으로 만듭니다. 4. 팬에 올리브 오일과 버터를 넣고, 약불에서 미트볼을 굽습니다. 5. 미트볼이 다 익으면 꺼내고, 팬에 버터와 밀가루 2큰술을 넣어 미트볼 소스를 만듭니다. 6. 밀가루가 버터에 다 녹으면 치킨스톡 200ml와 홀그레인(디종) 머스타드 1/2 큰술, 굴소스 1 큰술, 생크림 200ml를 넣고 끓입니다. 7. 소스가 끓으면 완성된 미트볼을 넣고 7-10분 끓입니다. 8. 미트볼 위에 파슬리를 뿌리고, 매쉬 포테이토와 링곤베리 잼을 곁들여 먹습니다.
