Instant Pot Swedish Meatballs! Super easy and super fast for us super busy moms! Hope you enjoy! Ingredients: 1 cups milk 1 packets onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can beef broth 8oz. Sour Cream 1 bag of egg noodles 1 bag of frozen meatballs Mix the cream of mushrooms, beef broth, onion soup mix, milk, and the sour cream together in the instant pot. Then add half of the egg noodle bag and finally add an even layer of frozen meatballs at the very top. Close the lid and set your instant pot on Pressure Cook; high pressure for 12 minutes.
